Idles at 2200 RPM's?

Replaced the ECM, engine runs very good but idles high at 2200 rpms. This is the second ECM replacement. Transmissions shifts fine, everything else seems normal.

You might want to check the I A C, idle air controll.

I agree with DAVE1.1, it sounds like the IAC valve is stuck open and needs replacement, here is the location of the IAC and how to change it out. This guide should help as well.
