White foam in the oil spout

I have a 1998 Ford F150 Triton V8 with 165,000 miles on it, I take very good care of my truck and it runs great.
My question is that when I was putting oil in for an oil change that I did I noticed some whiteish colored liquid around the fill port and on the bottom of the stopper, there is no such condition on the dip stick so I don't think that there is any problem with water in the oil.
Could you give me some idea of what this may be?

Regardless of the cooling system there is always condensation in the engine. This condensation causes a foamy whip of froth made up of water and oil. Just do your oil change at 3000 and look at the oil as it sits in a pail. You should not see any significant water in the oil. That is you should hope not to see.
