I own a 2002 Ford F150 4x4 (98000 miles). I am finding 2 grease fittings on the front end passenger side. I just need to know if there are any more grease fittings on this truck.

Thank you for your time.

The bottom ball joints have a grease fitting as well as the drag link. Often there are grease fitting on the drive shaft. Sometimes the 4WD linkage has a fitting. The factory uses what they consider "lifetime" grease in the front ends, which is usually just synthetic grease. When this is the case, they dont supply Zerk fittings for lubing. Most aftermarket replacement components do however have zerk fittings. Most of the time you have to just look, the manuals dont tell which do and dont have fittings

I've been told I need to "rebuild the front end" on my truck. Is there a recommended parts lists as to what all should be replaced?

My list would be Tie rods all and upper and lower ball joints and I would check the sway bar bushings and end links too.
