Does it feel like the trans or engine? Have any warning lights come on?

No warning lights on and it seems to be happening when I drive about 15 to 20 mins from a cold engine. It seems to me like it is the engine but not sure it almost seems at 1050 to 1100 Rpms at about 40 to 50 when in overdrive and I give just a little petal it kinda missing until I get to about 1150 to 1300 rpms.

If it feels like a miss, most likely it is coming from the engine. If the check engine light hasn't come on, I have to ask when the last tune up was, have you checked fuel pump pressure, and have you checked to make sure there are no vacuum leaks on the engine?
