2004 Ford F-150

Has anyone had their truck roll forward while in park?
It has happened twice to me. First time I thought that it was slidding on ice, but the second confirmed that ther was something wrong.
The truck has had a stutter or trouble shifting between gears at aroung 40 mph reciently. I chaecked all fluid levels and they are fine.
Any help would be appreciatied.
