2003 Ford F-150 rough idle when cold

The truck idles rough when cold and sometimes after it is warmed up. It recently set a code p0152 bank 2 sensor 1. I replaced both o2 sensors up stream but I am still having the rough idle. Fuel filter, tune up, air filter, injector cleaner have been changed in the last 6 months. The check engine light is not on.

HO2S-21 (Bank 2 Sensor 1) Circuit High Input

3 remaining possible causes after you changed both o2 sensors.

HO2S signal tracking (due to oil or moisture in the connector). Check carefully the connector.

HO2S signal circuit is open or shorted to VREF
( check for short in the HO2S signal circuit)

PCM has maybe failed
