When I am driving about 20 mph and up and I press the gas to the floor why does it buck or studer up to speed

Sounds to me like you have a dirty EGR valve or a clogged throttle body. Also you may have a restriced exhaust system.

Lets say all tune up parts are good, now it maight be time to have the fuel pressure checked. If the check engine light happens to be on have the codes read.
