We replaced the motor in our F150 less than 10,000 ago with a new engine.

We have not had any problems with the truck since then. However recently the truck shakes and/or wobbles...more so when it is in gear than when it is just ideling...although it does it then as well.

It feels more like a gas, injector, fuel pump issue more so than a transmission issue.

Should I try flushing the injectors or the transmission or both?

If it ran all right when you put the engine in over 10,000 miles ago, how are the plugs, it would not hurt to use some injector cleaner in the fuel tank. Has the fuel filter been replaced? The engine might just need a good tune up.
