2001 Ford F-150 Hesitation when cold

When I first turn the truck on, upon acceleration the truck seems to hesitate. It still accelerates, but I can feel the engine hesitating in the gas pedal and I can hear it. Idling the truck sounds fine. After the vehicle has been driven for about 5-10 minutes the hesitation disappears.

Has 98K on I would check it for tune up its getting ready for 100k check and tune up

Already gave the truck a full tuneup in June. I picked up a new fuel filter (cheap and easy to install) just in case to rule that out. Also have been using fuel injector cleaner as well. About once a month I drop a bottle in.
