How do you replace the instrutment lights in a 1997 Ford F-150 the light that lights the tech has gone out

You need to remove the plastic fascia cover in front of the IC. Then you remove the 4 screws and raise it slightly. The park indicator snaps into the IC. Unclick it and let it hang. Remove the IC. The bulbs are replaced by removing the plastic twist sockets on the back of the IC.
