Where is my ihe or ihc sensor? Im not sure the exact name. It to hook up a performance chip?

Hi:
Are you refering to the Idle Air Control valve (IAC)? If so, it should be near the throttle plate. This is the best picture of it that I could find. It's a cross sectional view of it.
