1996 Ford F-150 engine races

My truck has a problem with a very very high idle at start up and continues after its warm out of the blue it will stop but I never know when that will be.

Has the check engine light come on? Also, have you checked the idle air control valve (IAC)? Also, make sure the EGR is working properly and not carboned.

Yes sir, check engine lite always comes up as 02 sensor. I have replaced all of them by now and I did clean the iac. I thought clean it did the trick butt it hasnt maybe I didnt clean it well enough

Just a couple more things. Can you tell me the exact O2 sensor code you get? Also, have you checked the EGR and the MAF sensor? They most likely could use a good cleaning. NOTE: There is a special cleaner for the MAF. Make sure if you decide to clean it, you get it. Most parts stores will carry it. Also, the EGR (and intake where it mounts) could be carboned shut. Check that if you haven't and clean both making sure the EGR valve is working and sealing properly.
