1994 Ford F-150 spit and sputtering

My Ford will not go anywhere while under a load, when I press on the gas pedal it spits and sputters. I have to push the gas pedal all the way to the floor for any accelaration. I have changed the cap and rotor and the wires. Still there is no difference. What should I do?

Sounds like its time for a new fuel filter, spark plugs and have the fuel injectors cleaned, and while your at it check out the Fuel pressure regulator!
