We replace starter, clean cable to battery, replace battery, fuel pump, and one fluel relay now the car won't start at all. I did all this work it is like power is not getting to the battery. All we here is click of the swtch

There is a solenoid right near the battery at the positive cable. Remove the cables and wire brush both side of the cable end and the terminal. Do the same thing to the cable at the starter and see if that helps. These things have connection problems at those points all the time.
