On my 94' F-150 there is a warning light that will blink 3 times then 2 times, and it blinks in the same order and it is the airbag warning light it looks like. I am not sure what I can do or what I need have done on the truck! And will it pass inspection with this warning light flashing?

Code 32 means "Driver's side air bag module high resistance or open"

That is a problem with the driver's air bag or it's related wiring.

As far as passing inspection, that would be up to the laws in your particular state. I would be surprised if it would be a problem though. Not all cars are equipped with air bags.
