I have a 1993 F-150 with 204K. I bought it without a radio and went to install an aftermarket one. I wired it all up turned it on and it all worked fine, I stepped out of the truck to throw away my trash my girlfriend slammed the door and told me the radio shut off. I checked all the fuses none are blown and wires are all connected fine. Radio still isn't working and whatever the problem is stopped my speedometer tripometer and odometer, my interior lights and my electronic mirror adjusters. I have no clue what went wrong since all the fuses are still good. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Where did you get power from for the radio? Also, have you checked the fuses under the hood?

Yes, first I checked all the fuses that were on the diagram as radio and speedo and alll that, then I went and checked all the fuses in the fuse box by the steering wheel and then from the distrabution box under the hood. I got power from the radio from the black stereo wire in the dash.

I believe it is located behind the kick panel on your vehicle. It controls many of the electrical accessories.
