1990 Ford F-150 How to bleed brake line

The brakes still work, but the pedal goes down to the floor alot before it stops. Brake fluid is fine, no leaking or anything. People keep telling me to bleed the brake line. I need easy to follow instructions (pictures would be very helpful too) on how to bleed the brakes. I would greatly appreciate your help!

Start at the wheel farthest away from master cylinder the right rear have some body pump the brakes up until firm and crack the bleeder open then close it and repeat until constant stream of brake fluid and no bubbles start at the right rear left rear right front then the left front BE SURE to keep an eye on the bake fluid level dont let it get too low.
