Ok first you lift the wipers and you will find a small lever that you can pull out that lock the wipers in the up position lock them and then remove them. Now you will need to remove the cowl, remove the screws that hold the cowl on and carefully disconnect the washer hose from it and remove the cowl. Now you will see the wiper arms and motor there is a clip that holds the main arm to the motor disconnect that and unhook that arm from the motor and then disconnect the wire harness from the motor and remove the three screw or bolts that hold the motor inplace and remove the motor. Put in the new one in the reverse order you are done. Hope this helps thanks.
