1986 Ford F-150 Overheating& misses

Have a 1986 ford F-150. Runs rough, and misses&overheats. Gets very hot when drove for a short time. Radiator has alot of pressure build up in it.

Since it overheats fast and missing and the excessive radiator pressure, I wouldnt be too quick to ruling out a head gasket failure.

Have you noticed a loss of coolant and or excessive white exhaust?

Foamy gunk on dipstick top or oil fill cap?
