1966 Ford F-150 stop leaks

Can I add a to my motor, a can of auto trans stop leak a couple of hubdred miles prior to my next oil change?
I am trying to reduce some small leaks, Will this harm anything?

Hi:
I don't recommend adding ATF to the oil. It will change the oil's viscosity to god knows what and result in internal engine damage. There are oil additives you can get to help stop oil leaks. If you do it, make sure to use something that is designed for the engine.
