how do bleed the brakes? I changed the pads and the calibadiers snd I have no brakes

You need a helper to pump the brakes for you

check and top off the brake fluid in master cylinder

pump few and hold down
then open the bleeder on the caliper letting the air out repeat until have a good paddle position
and no more air coming out
((((make sure u have enough brake fluid at all times in the master cylinder do not run it out of fluid ))))

Does the vechile have to be running when you bleed the brakes? Also I replaced the calipers and I am having alot of trouble getting brake pressure, I actually have no brakes. I keep bleeding the brakes and still have no brakes any advice?

Start with engine off (OFF )

if u had ran out of fluid in the master cylinder then u have to start at the master and work u r way back
if not
do rear right then front left
rear left front right
