I have a ford explorer 1999 that will not idle on a cold day unless you give it enough gas to stay in 1500-2000 RPM range.

It has the code logged into the cpu that suggest the Mass Air Flpw sensor and the Oxegen sensor are the issues. I have replaced the Mass air flow sensor and the idle control sensor but the problem still is there. I understand that it has two oxegen sensors is that correct? What do you think the problem could be?

OK first it may have 2 or 4 O2 sensors 2 upstream and 2 down stream or one and one depending on which V-6 you have. Now with that I would call around to the local parts stores and find one that does free scans and see if there are any codes left and if so write them down and clear them. If you didn't clear the codes from the original problem is still has them stored. Get back to with what codes it still has stored and we will go from there ok. If it is an O2 sensor code make sure to note which one like sensor one bank 1 ok. Thanks.
