Misfiring engine?

This is what the code scanner at the local auto parts store showed as the engine codes. Since we had the codes read we have replaced the coil pack mass air flow sensor plugs and wires. The truck still has the same issues with all these changes. What can I check or do next.

Since these are both front cylinders, look for a vacuum leak toward the front of the engine. You could also be looking a low fuel pressure or dirty injectors since both injectors are at the end of the fuel rail. Check out this guide to help you find the problem
