1996 Ford Explorer V6 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 130, 00 miles

I just had new plugs and wires put on the thing and now at idel it seems as tho it wants to stall. Runs fine at regular driving speeds, but when I stop at a light it seems to skip or surge. Like it wants to stall.

Sounds like the idle air control valve.
