MY HUSBAND CHANGED THE MASTER CYLINDER, PADS & BRAKE CALIPERS ON FRONT. HE BLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THE PETAL STILL GOES DOWN TO THE FLOOR?

Check for a vacuum leak on the brake booster. It may need to be changed. If there is nothing wrong. There could be lots of air seaping into the system through a brake line. I had a similar problem with a friends explorer and it just had lots of air in the system we went through 3 bottles of brake fluid until all the air was out. But a smart tip is when bleeding the brakes if clean brake fluid is being sprayed out you can get a brake bleeding kit. That will store the fluid in a container so you won't have to waste the clean fluid and can reuse it. This way your not wasting you money buying more fluid.
