You will have to move vehicle to a heated area such as a heated garage and let the water thaw. Then drain the cooling system and refill with coolant. Not a bad idea to get a coolant flush kit and flush your cooling system at this time.

Upon thawing your vehicle, check your freez plugs to ensure they are still intack. Sometimes the freezing water will blow out these plugs ( on the engine block) this prevents the engine from cracking. If you do not check these, your water will drain, the engine will run hot and you will have more problems.
