I just replaced the wiring harness for my brake lights because one of my brake lights went out. AFter doing the repair I now have tail lights but when I hit the brakes the drivers side goes out. I checked the harness and I have no frayed wires that I can see, none of my fuses are blown. I have no idea what to check next, please help.

With the new wiring harness, did you get new light sockets? Also, have you tried running a seperate ground for the side that doesn't work?

Let me know.

I did not get new scockets with the harnesses. My rear lights work it is just when I hit the brakes the drivers side goes out. Also how do I run a new ground on the drivers side if all wires are enclosed inside the harness?
