bled the brakes and ABS light is on and stays on

replaced rear rotors and brake pads but the rotors would not come off. so i had to take the whole hub off to end up getting them off. I finish the whole job, ABS sensors were put on and they were not dirty and bled the brakes and ABS light is on and stays on. what could it be? let me know, thanks.

We need to start with checking for codes. I attached some guides that will help with pulling ABS codes.

Once we get the codes, I am sure we will confirm a wheel speed sensor issue so we will need to run through this guide on how to test and replace them:
