One of my seat belts will not fasten. The receiving end, where the male metal piece clips into, came apart internally. Springs and plastic pieces came undone. I do not have those internal pieces now. They may have been broken. Can this be easily fixed or replaced? Do I need to take the vehicle into a Ford dealer?

I would replace it. Wouldnt be worth it if you were in an accident and it let go. Go to Ford and get another one, might need to take the VIN# with you so they can match up the exact color
