Hi...We just bought a 1999 Expedition and we are trying to find out where the air suspension switch is and is the car suppose to be very low in the back when it is off? Also, if not is there a switch some place to click on so that it can be at the normal height when it is off? Or am I getting it wrong, should it only lift when it is on? Thank you

THe rear shouldn't be low. If you have an air ride suspension, it should level the vehicle when it's started. THe switch should be in the rear area of the vehicle. Check on the driver's side in one of the compartments. The switch should be on unless the car is to be lifted off the ground. At that point, it needs to be turned off.

Let me know if you have other questions.
