1998 Ford Expedition condensation tube

Where is the tube located I have looked for it under the vehicle but cannot locate it.

On the passenger side, bottom of the heater/ac plenum, up near the frame, between frame and catalytic converter. May be hidden by the heat shielding installed to keep floor cool from exposure to the exhuast system.
