Car jumping

Hi ive got a 1995 ford escort. Last two weeks its started to jump. When you accelerate in second gear pulls back then shoots forward like its not getting enough reves. Ive change spark plugs but its still doing it. Leads look ok. But im no mechanic can anyone help cheers

I had that problem, it would jump when I was driving along or siting at a stop light it would rev up and down. I went bought a bottel of fuel injector cleaner and dumped in when I got gas the next time.
