1999 Ford Escort my heater will not clow air

I turned off my heater for a couple minutes on my drive home and when I turned it back on nothign happened the fan did not blow


the car is fine otherwise its excessively cold though but it runs right and the engine temp gauge says its fine

Test the wiper fuse 20amp and blower circuit breaker in the I/P fuse panel if okay-check blower motor relay, blower motor resistor and integrated control panel.
