my drivers side front rotor is loose and I cannot figure out how to tighten it can you help

FRONT BRAKE ROTOR
Removal & Installation
Remove front wheels. Remove front brake caliper and pads. If caliper does not require service, removing brake hose from caliper is not necessary.
Using mechanic's wire, secure caliper out of way. Remove rotor from hub assembly. To install rotor, reverse removal procedure. Bleed brakes (if necessary).

If rotor is stuck on hub. Lightly tap it all the way round the centre as you turn it and pull it off hub
