Recurring codes #P0171, P0172, P0174

Recurring codes #p0171, p0172, p0174, tuned van, ford dealer worked on it, we they did a test with smoke machine and said it needed a new fuel tank cap, all the gaskets replaced on intake manifold, but is still coming back with these codes and the service engine light on, on dash any help ideas will be greatly appreciated let know how to read the answer to this question or how to find it in your site thank you for all your help!

On the the question I was asked if the ford dealer work on my van recently, yes and yes it is the same codes coming back time after time the ford guys said the van needed a DPFE sensor wich they installed, and it seemed like it work for while but then the codes and service engine came back, I want to mention that we also replaced all the O2 sensors and rested the codes but after driving the van for a couple of hundred miles I am getting the same thing over and over, again any suggestions will be greatly appreaciated

These are mixture code which are typically set when there is an engine misfire. How does the engine seem to be running? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on, that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
