After this van warms up. From a stop while turning the rear-end pulsates only after it warms up,
from a stop on a turn while giving gas does it do this.

If you are getting what could be described as a "chatter" from the differential when turning, that would likely be cause from a limited slip differential with the clutches chattering. The cure for that would be to drain the fluid and refill it with new fluid plus a friction modifier additive that can be purchased at any auto parts store.
