HI:
You need to replace the blower motor resister. Stop at a nationally recognized parts store and get the part and have them print out the schematic of part location.
Let me know if this helps. NOTE: I am 90% sure this is the problem based on your description. It may be the switch, but chances are it's the resister. It's not an expensive part.
