My car heater died this morning it is no longer blowing heat. Up to this point I only had 2 of the four air flow levels working and now I have none. Could you please help me and let me know if this is something I can fix or do I need to take it to a pro.

HI:
You need to replace the blower motor resister. Stop at a nationally recognized parts store and get the part and have them print out the schematic of part location.

Let me know if this helps. NOTE: I am 90% sure this is the problem based on your description. It may be the switch, but chances are it's the resister. It's not an expensive part.
