My rear end is shot in my bronco. the pinion bearings have been chewed up to nothing due to flakes of metal from the chipping pausi-trac clutches. I easily removed the internals from the axle and cleaned out all of the metal peices. when i went to put in my new ring and pinion with a new pausi, the gears were too tight together to move. i dont know what the problem is, i put everything back exactly how it was before. i even followed the chilton. Is there something special i have to do in order to make the gears fit?
