My ford bantam's battery was dead, I then put another battery in 2 start it, but the terminals were not correctly tightened. It swung and wanted 2 start, but then died the 1st time. The 2nd time I tried, it was just dead. But when I turn the key all the lights on the dash goes on as normal, it just aint swinging. Its not the battery, starter, or any of the small fuses under the steering. What could my problem be? Please help me.

This sounds like a classic bad connection due to dirty or loose battery cables. Here is a guide to help you get the problem fixed.
