1996 Ford Aerostar 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my 1996 ford aerostar van misfires after i have replaced the coilpack plugs and wires trying to solve the problem to pass emissions

If it started since the work was done, you need to recheck the work. Are plug wires on correctly, were the plugs properly gapped, could you have picked up grease on the ends of one of the plugs not allowing it to spark...?
