1987 Ford Aerostar Very little heat

I just put a new a cooling system had a few leaks.I did not have real good before and it's about the same now. Both hoses are hot. Is there a blend door problem. Or a vacuum problem I should look at?

Insufficient, Erratic, or No Heat or Defrost

Low radiator coolant.
Engine overheating.
Loose fan belt.
Faulty thermostat.
Heater core plugged.
Loose or misaligned cables.
Vacuum hoses collapsed, kinked or crossed.
Air flow control doors sticking or binding.
Vacuum motor or hose leaks.
Defective or kinked water hoses.
Blocked air inlet.
Vent open.
