flex pipe

I just had my flex pipe replaced. Should there be hot air blowing out of it?

Is this what you are referring to? If so, there can be some exhaust escaping because it is just mess wire. However, this should be placed after your o2 sensors so it doesn't matter if there is some escaping as the engine is only looking at the o2 sensors so any thing after this doesn't effect the performance of the engine.

Let me know if this is what yours looks like and if so, I think it is not an issue.
