two interrelated problems
1. if staring sequence is followed, the "injection system abnormal " indication LED is on , the engine starts but RPM very unstable and also the acceleration.
2. To avoid the above, the ignition key is turned at one go (probably bypasses the safety system), the engine starts normal.
But very recently, once the throttle is very lightly pressed after accelerating, sometimes feels like the engine stalls sometimes causing jerks.

have the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer to locate the cause of the fault

have done, indicating two problems,
1. p/p rotor position sensor fault
2. glow plug abnormal

tectnician suggested to o-haul the fuel p/p which may cost upto Rs35000, that too without any guarantee for this job - that discouraging me to spend such hefty amount on this 7 yr old car.
