2001 Other Fiat Models Two Wheel Drive Manual 71000 miles

Hi, my car haeters are working fine but there is only one speed that works. speed 1, 2, 3 and 4 dont work but if i turn the nob in between 2 and 3 then heaters turn on. Could you please tell me how to fix this problem so that all 4 speeds work?
(My car is a Fiat Punto 1.2 Yreg)
