As of today, while driving my pickup, suddenly the heating fan started to work only at a high level. The scale of the display, no matter what degree it reads, the heating fan works only at maximum. Let me know where the problem is and which part should be replaced, if any possible and the number of this part. Thanks in advance.

This sounds like a classic failed blower motor resistor. I have attached the actual test, and if it fails, the replacement procedure.

I will check it well (change). Where is this part in the car? If it turns out that the problem is not there, is it possible in this part:

Where is it also in the car?
Thanks in advance.

Hello, I'm Danny.

Here is the information you requested. I've attached a picture below of the location of the blower motor resistor and the Ford factory blower motor resistor part number. The resistor is located near the right hand kick panel. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Thank you for the information but in my situation the resistor turned out to be a whole resistor module (part number is 4L3H19E624AA). The bad thing is that this part is not for sale, so it had to be repaired. In general, there are two burned out transistors. are no longer produced need to be renewed with their replacements which are also with better parameters. I forgot to note that this part is found only in one place in eBay used, but I chose to repair mine (https: // www. ebay.com/itm/07-FORD-F150-TEMPERATURE-CONTROL-MODULE-4L3H19E624AA/154091937088?autorefresh=true). About the repair I recommend a specialist who repairs audio, video and television equipment.
