Hello,
I work at a garage and we have a customer's car here that was driving fine and now the fan is running high all the time. My technician hooked his scanner up to the car and it says no communication. Could the zentrales gateway cause this? If you could please help us. Thank you so much.

Hello,

Can you confirm the model, is this a euro car? I see an E320?

Please let me know, Ken

Also, if I replace the zentrales gateway with a new dealer part, would that new part be plug and play or would I need to have it programmed?

It could be plug and play if not you will need to have it programmed. Even the dealer guys will not tell you this. But before you begin can you check the fuse # 41 and 30 in the interior fuse panel? Here is a guide and the fuse locations and the ALDL connector wiring diagrams so you can see how it works:

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Cheers, Ken
