Failed smog check and not sure if cost to fix is worth cost of vehicle

Fault codes are P0125: Low ECT for closed loop fuel control, P1133, P1135.
It still runs fine. Other than needing a driver's side mirror and a door handle on passenger's side, it looks great inside and out. Could use some advice. Unfortunately, I only have until Jan 18, 2015 to decide as that is when registration is due. Thank you for any assistance you could offer.

The first code P0125 will probably be a coolant temp sensor, and the other codes are to do with the 0O2 sensors, I would first do the coolant temp sensor and clear all codes and see what re sets after that. The O2 codes may be a result od the faulty coolant temp sensor. Start here.
