I noticed the clicking noise when I got off the tollway where I was doing around eighty mph. It does not make the noise until i reach thirty five mph or more and it ticks faster the faster I go. It sounded like something hitting the rim on my right tire but then my check engine light came on, so I do not think its the wheel at all. The error code is p0430 which has to do with the catalytic converter. I cannot take it to the shop until this weekend so I have just been driving under thirty five mph.

have the axles and wheel bearings checked as well as other parts hanging down, it may be a shield flapping at speed. 430 code probably means you will need a new catalytic converter.
