Code P0172?

Most of the time this will be a vacuum leak, dirty air filter or the engine coolant sensor is off.

The P0172 code indicates a "System Too Rich (Bank 1)"

I would check the engine coolant temperature on a scanner to see if it is close to the outside temperature, (engine cold), Then I would make sure the gasket/hose on the MAP sensor is good, I have seen a weak map sensor cause this issue as well FYI.
