There are many things that can cause a vibration. First, here is a link that discusses vibrations and ways to locate and repair them:

Next, make sure there are no engine vacuum leaks. A leak can allow un-metered air to enter the engine and cause it to run rough. Here is a link that shows how that is done:

Next, a worn rubber mount located on a motor mount can do the same thing. The rubber is designed to insulate and absorb vibrations. When the rubber mount is worn, you can actually have metal to metal contact between the mount and frame. As a result, you feel the engine running (vibrating).
